THE DELMONICO

The steak that helped craft our name. Cut from the rib, this enormous 24 ouncer is a rib eye steak that is a generously marbled steak with a juicy rich flavor.

NY STRIP STEAK

With medium fat content, New York strip steaks are tender, but not as tender as tenderloins or rib eye steaks, and have good, beefy flavor.

SIRLOIN STEAK

This steak is a lean cut from the loin that is well-flavored and moderately tender.

FILET MIGNON

The most tender cut of beef. Lean yet succulent tenderloin cut steaks that are so tender they will melt-in-your-mouth bite after bite.
